It is handled as a full season rather than a single visit - the install goes up, we come back if something fails, and it comes down in the new year. The install uses proper clips rather than staples or nails, because holes in your fascia are a roofing problem you inherit in spring. Runs are laid out to the building, connections are made to hold through GTA winter, and timers are set so you are not thinking about it.
