Post-Construction Cleaning in King

Ordinary dust settles. Drywall dust is so fine and so light that it takes days to fall, and every time somebody opens a door or the HVAC kicks on, it lifts and redistributes. Which is why a space that was cleaned yesterday has a fresh grey film on it this morning and nobody understands what happened.
That is also why a single clean never works on a construction site. Wipe every surface top to bottom and you have knocked airborne dust loose in the process - it comes down onto the things you already cleaned. The only method that works is doing it more than once, in the right order, letting it settle in between.
The dust also gets everywhere that matters. Into window tracks. Into HVAC returns and supply grilles, from where it will circulate into the space for months. Into light fixtures. Into the gaps around cabinets. Vacuuming a floor accomplishes very little while the ceiling, the vents, and the ledges are still holding a load.
Then there is the rest of the construction package: adhesive labels on every fixture and window, silicone smears, paint specks on glass, protective film that has been baking on a window for six weeks and does not want to leave. None of that is dust and none of it comes off with a rag.
