Holiday Lighting Installation in Aurora
Professional holiday lighting installation in Aurora, Ontario. The lights are the fun part. Standing on a frozen ladder at roof height in December is not. Our in-house crews design, install, service through the season, and take it all down after - across 30+ cities.
Holiday lighting is one of the few home projects where the risk is genuinely serious. It happens at height, on a roof, in November or December, on surfaces that are wet or frozen, usually while reaching for one more clip. Ladder falls put people in hospital in this country every single December, and the pattern is remarkably consistent.
The frustration side is more familiar. The box comes out of storage and half the strings are dead. The run you measured last year does not reach this year. Clips do not fit the eave, so somebody reaches for staples and puts holes through the fascia. You get it up on the third weekend of trying and one section fails a week later, at which point the ladder comes back out or you live with it.
GTA weather does the rest. Ice, wind, and freeze-thaw pull clips off, and cheap connections corrode in the wet until a whole run drops out mid-season. Something always fails in the second week of December, always at height, always on the coldest evening.
Then January arrives and none of it is any more fun to take down, so a good number of properties simply leave it up until March.
